Here are a couple of great bedtime stories that my girls enjoyed tonight…..
The Monster Returns (sequel to Jeremy Draws a Monster)
The Artist and Me (about Vincent Van Gogh)
Hill View’s Art, Music, and Physical Education team joined forces once again to get students AMPEd for learning! This time, Mrs. Baer led students in some mindful meditation and yoga. Mrs. Rhodes read from the book I selected from the library entitled I Am Yoga. We rounded out each session with some mindful drawing to the music. Students let their markers flow as the music filled the room.
It was the best day of school ever! Hopefully this helped ease any tension or stress students may have during testing season. Mrs. Baer gave us many tips and techniques in how to calm ourselves so we can focus and do our best!
Kindergarteners LOVE to rock out while painting!! Here are some from Mrs. Evearitt’s class singing along to a Trolls song. Also, check out some finished rainbow lines from last week…
Glue, salt, liquid water colors, music, kindergarteners, magic!
The 1st graders in Mrs. Ison’s class had a “ketchup” day to finish up old projects, make India stickers for their Official Art Passports, and to sing their little hearts out!
The banner is ready for Hawk-a-palooza in April!
