Hill View’s Art, Music, and Physical Education team joined forces once again to get students AMPEd for learning! This time, Mrs. Baer led students in some mindful meditation and yoga. Mrs. Rhodes read from the book I selected from the library entitled I Am Yoga. We rounded out each session with some mindful drawing to the music. Students let their markers flow as the music filled the room.
It was the best day of school ever! Hopefully this helped ease any tension or stress students may have during testing season. Mrs. Baer gave us many tips and techniques in how to calm ourselves so we can focus and do our best!
